1. Introduction

Welcome to Island Yoga Flow. By enrolling in our yoga programs or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Registration and Payments

• Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

• Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the program start date to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.

4. Program Guidelines

Participants are expected to:

• Follow instructions provided by yoga instructors.

• Refrain from disruptive behavior that may affect others.

• Notify instructors of any health conditions that may impact their practice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Island Yoga Flow is not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents caused by participant negligence.

• Cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Loss or damage to personal belongings during sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All class content, materials, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Island Yoga Flow. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
